How MXF Labs works

Unless otherwise specified:

  1. Problems I had first.

    Most products started as my own problem: database GUIs I did not like, kite spots and kite jobs I know from years on the water, memory for my own Claude Code sessions. PPWR-DOC is the exception: it started as research into a regulation every packaging company suddenly had to follow.

  2. One time prices where they work.

    QueryGlow, ShotsGlow and PPWR-DOC are sold once, no subscription.

  3. Your data stays where it is.

    QueryGlow runs on your server, ShotsGlow removes backgrounds on your machine, Pebble keeps memory in your repo.

  4. Built with Claude.

    Claude Code is my daily tool for building, and Claude runs inside the products where it helps: QueryGlow's Agent Access and Ask AI, kiteCOMPASS spot analysis, ThemenFlow.

  5. This site practices it.

    No cookies, no trackers, no third party requests, fonts served from here.

Max Fischer

Born and raised in Bavaria. I studied aerospace engineering because I wanted to build kites. Kitesurfer since 2011, and I taught kitesurfing for six years.

After about a year in a corporate job I taught myself to code and started building my own products. I work from Germany and, a lot of the year, from a camper van somewhere in Europe.
